Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies to users who are consumers and purchase an upgrade to a Business account.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of signing it without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement. Below you will find a sample withdrawal form that you may use for this purpose. However, this is not required. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal in a timely manner.
If you cancel within the cancellation period, we must refund any fees you have already paid. The refund must be issued within 14 days of our receipt of your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method you used when you signed up, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge you any fees for the refund.
You are obligated to pay compensation for the value of the goods if performance of the contract has already begun before the end of the cancellation period, and you were informed of this fact at the time the contract was concluded and expressly agreed to it.
The right of withdrawal expires if we have already fulfilled our obligations under the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and you were informed of this fact when the contract was concluded and expressly agreed to it.
