Project Description: Reasoning and Orchestration for Autonomous Protein Substitution
What it’s about: Autonomous protein substitution via MCP-AI to ensure EU sovereignty. Predictive simulation ensures quality and sustainably reduces dependence on imports.
Duration: 18 months, from June 2026 to November 2027
Funding sources: EFRE-EU, SER, NBank, and the State of Lower Saxony
